4. Listings and Content

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of any listing you post. You agree not to post:

• Illegal items or services
• Weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
• Counterfeit products
• Stolen property
• Adult content
• Content that infringes on any third party's rights

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Post false or misleading information
• Harass other users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our service
• Use bots or automated tools to scrape our site
• Circumvent our fees or security measures

6. Marketplace Role

PakClassify is a marketplace facilitator. We connect buyers and sellers. We do not:

• Guarantee any transaction
• Verify the accuracy of listings
• Process payments
• Handle disputes between buyers and sellers

All transactions are directly between the buyer and seller.

7. Intellectual Property

The PakClassify name, logo, and website content are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

8. Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms, without notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

10. Disclaimer

PakClassify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
